Patrick Lencioni developed his model for teamwork while consulting with executive teams.  He found that all teams – even the best ones – suffer from some level of dysfunction because teams are made up of human beings with varied interests and frailties. Lenconi’s firm, The Table Group, developed an online assessment to measure the level of team dysfunction. Numbers from the assessment reveal that 68% of organizations scored "red" on holding their peers accountable for both their performance and behaviors which might hurt the team. This same survey indicates that 44% rank in the red zone on “absence of trust” and 39% score red on “fear of conflict”. Does your organization fall into the red zone on any of these dysfunctions?

Universal Leader Development
 
Leadership 360: Grow Your Leaders
 
Leadership 360° is a powerful professional enhancement tool developed for health care leaders. Leaders are rated around ten competencies that leaders within high-performing healthcare organizations exhibit. 
 
This internet-based, multi-rater survey provides your leaders with confidential performance feedback from direct reports, peer level and boss. And, it gives them insight into the gap that may exist between self-perception and the views of those around them. 
 
A 360° survey alone is not enough to hone leadership skills.  That is why we include professional coaching with our survey.  Your leaders will talk privately with a professional development coach who will help the leader understand the survey feedback and areas in need of development.  Then the coach will facilitate the identification of an improvement plan for the leader.
 
We offer three packages of multi-rater services tailored to fit your circumstances.  Each of these three packages and can be mixed-and-matched for different level of leaders: 
  • Leadership 360° Plus – includes the on-line survey and a personal one-on-one telephone coaching session with each leader 
  • Leadership 360° Advantage – includes four telephone sessions with a professional development coach  
  • Leadership 360° Executive – includes four intensive coaching sessions with a seasoned, executive development coach to take each participant to higher levels of performance (most appropriate for senior-level staff)

Leadership 360 also offers an optional follow-up six months after the initial survey. This follow-up, which includes an abbreviated survey, will demonstrate how your leaders have progressed over the intervening months.
