The Daily Line-Up
The Daily Line-Up™ is a tool Baptist Health Care developed to encourage communication, interaction among employees and the dissemination of information. Housed on a CD-ROM, this annual subscription of Daily Line-Ups provides 10 minutes of scripted, daily learning for employees throughout the entire organization. Each week, the Daily Line-Ups focus on key topics from leadership development, culture and personal mastery of skills to financial information, quality of service and hospital basics. The content of each day’s lesson can be tailored to share specific hospital information, and the diversity of topics provides a wealth of information for employees. This educational tool has proven to drive stronger employee exchanges and ultimately contributes to a connected, well-informed workforce.
