These teams work to implement the strategies consistently and deploy them organization-wide. Because our consultants are available for the engagement to provide direct, hands-on mentoring. This also allows them to update the plan as needed to be responsive to each organizations changing circumstances. Additionally, we provide the tools our clients need to bolster their corporate culture daily from software, best practices books and daily learning subscriptions to conferences, a speakers bureau and 360° feedback surveys, all developed by The Baptist Health Care Leadership Institute.
