Our approach to helping clients achieve service and operational excellence is anything but cookie cutter. At the onset of every new project, Leadership Institute consultants perform a detailed cultural excellence assessment necessary to develop a unique plan for each client.
 
Then, we create a customized and comprehensive month-by-month plan, overcoming the piecemeal approach that often slows and undermines success. Each plan is based on The Leadership Institute’s five keys to excellence – build and maintain a great culture, put in place systems to select and retain great employees, shift organizational focus to a commitment to service excellence, create educational initiatives to continuously develop strong leaders, and use multiple accountability systems to hardwire success. This approach ensures each service excellence strategy is deployed consistently throughout the organization.

To rollout our comprehensive approach, our consultants set up internal service excellence teams consisting of employee representatives from all levels of the organization. These teams work to implement the strategies consistently and deploy them organization-wide. Because our consultants are available for the engagement to provide direct, hands-on mentoring. This also allows them to update the plan as needed to be responsive to each organization’s changing circumstances. Additionally, we provide the tools our clients need to bolster their corporate culture daily – from software, best practices books and daily learning subscriptions to conferences, a speakers bureau and 360° feedback surveys, all developed by The Baptist Health Care Leadership Institute.
