Baptist Health Care is a community-owned health system with no affiliation with any religious organization. The proprietary products and services offered by The Leadership Institute are not faith-based and are appropriate for any organization regardless of ownership or affiliation.

Leaders and employees must take ownership in creating a positive culture by participating first-hand in the change process and actively reflecting the image of what they want their organization to become. Will Leadership Institute consultants come on site to my organization under a consulting agreement?
Yes. Our consultants may spend anywhere from 12 to 45 days a year onsite depending on the size of your organization. The consultants provide hands-on support in everything from personally demonstrating rounding and scripting with real patients to writing 90-day action plans and coaching executives. We develop a personal relationship with you, your team and your community.
