Stronger Leadership Teams

Without help from an experienced, professional coach, most leaders find it difficult to convert report findings into long-term behavioral change. Baptist Health Care Leadership Institute offers three levels of professional coaching to help your leaders turn feedback into results. Our menu of services allows you the flexibility to select the amount of coaching appropriate for each leadership level within the organization.
- Leadership/360 - the most affordable option; includes the survey report plus a general training session for leaders. A Baptist Health Care Leadership Institute consultant walks your leaders through the report format, presents and explains sample charts, and answers any questions.
- Leadership/360 Plus - includes a one-time telephone coaching session with a professional coach to help the leader understand the ratings and how to use the report to improve performance.
- Leadership/360 Advantage - created with mid-level managers in mind, this option offers telephone coaching sessions over 6 months to help create an individualized development plan, assess progress and encourage growth.
- Leadership/360 Executive - this six month package is designed for senior executives. Only seasoned, professional, executive coaches are selected to coach senior leaders to new levels of performance.
